VERA MARIANCIC, actress

Born in Chisinau. In 1994, she graduated from the A. Lunacharsky Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) (course of People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Mikhail Levitin) (Russian Federation). From 1992 to 1996, she was an actress at the Moscow Hermitage Theater (Russian Federation). She joined the troupe of the A.P. Chekhov State Russian Drama Theater in 1996. She completed her postgraduate studies (PhD) at the Academy of Music, Theater, and Fine Arts of the Republic of Moldova, Faculty of Audiovisual Arts, specializing in Theater Arts (2005–2009). Since 2023, she has been the artistic director of the A.P. Chekhov State Russian Drama Theater.
Member of the Union of Theater Workers of the Republic of Moldova.
