Dear audience members and colleagues!
We would like to inform you of an official regulation from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova (No. 03/1-09/484 dated February 24, 2026). This document establishes new rules for inviting foreign artists and creative figures to participate in projects in our country. According to the regulation, theaters are required to obtain prior approval from the relevant department for the participation of individuals from CIS countries, as well as countries whose actions have been condemned by the international community.
The purpose of this measure is to protect public values and prevent risks associated with individuals who publicly support military aggression.
