“What did I do wrong?” asks Josef K. on an ordinary morning, when his life changes radically. A model, spotless civil servant is arrested without any explanation. No one tells him what he did, no one seems to have any answers. A trial begins, an absurd journey through an incomprehensible bureaucratic system, a monstrous mechanism with a hundred faces, which slowly crushes him, with no escape.
