IP TEATRUL DRAMATIC RUS DE STAT “A.P. CEHOV” invites interested economic agents to submit their proposals for the repair and maintenance of mechanized stage equipment. The purpose of the tender is to ensure complete safety during performances and ensure the equipment complies with current legislation.

Main Contract Objectives

— Major repairs and upgrades (if necessary) of upper and lower stage mechanisms (booms, soffit lifts, trapdoors, turntables, winches, electric motors).

— Periodic maintenance (preventative and corrective) to prevent premature wear and tear and breakdowns during theatrical performances.

— Official technical inspections and load-bearing testing of load-bearing elements.

Certification Requirements (mandatory)

After major repairs, periodic inspections, or testing, the contractor is required to provide technical documentation and certificates confirming the safe operation of the equipment.

List of requested certificates and documents upon completion of work:

— Certificate of conformity and quality for used spare parts and traction ropes (cables);

— Test report/Technical Inspection Report (test bulletin) based on the results of static and dynamic tests of lifting mechanisms under load;

— Commissioning Permit/Operation Permit (issued by an authorized technical expert or technical supervision body);

— Certificate of Completion, specifying the warranty period for major repairs;

— Maintenance logs and training reports for the theater’s technical staff.

Mandatory requirement! The economic agent must possess all necessary licenses and permits issued by state technical supervision bodies for the inspection and authorization of lifting and transport equipment.
